Creating a garden which will be a model for other National gardens that provides a pleasant refuge from the highly polluted and urbanized environment that is surrounding the garden, through the installation of sound barriers to also provide a soothing buffer for sound pollution from nearby traffic. The creation of a number of concreated areas will provide adequate porous substrates to allow for the percolation of water and minerals for the growth of wild indigenous plant species to promote pollinators.
