Fishing down invasive alien fish species in Lake Mahalona, Malili Lakes, Sulawesi

Together with Synchronicity Earth and Shoal, the IUCN Biodiversity Assessment and Knowledge Team provided support and advice to Yayasan Bumi Sawerigading (YBS) in their efforts to fish down invasive alien fish species (Louhan and Nila) in Lake Mahalona (Malili Lakes, Sulawesi), as well as to conduct a diet analysis of these two primary invasive alien fish species, and further investigate alternative uses of Louhan.
