Pairi Daiza Foundation

The Pairi Daiza Foundation is a public-interest foundation established as the continuity of Pairi Daiza, a Belgian zoological garden created in 1994. Pairi Daiza is a member of the EAZA and has been elected “Best zoo in Europe” in 2018, 2019 and 2020. The Pairi Daiza Foundation was created from the desire to draw attention to the value of the biodiversity around us, to create a stronger bond with nature and a lasting commitment to its conservation. It aims at extending the main missions of Pairi Daiza (conservation, education, and scientific research) beyong the zoo itself, in Belgium and abroad.
