Research Group for the Protection of Birds in Morocco

GREPOM is a non-profit national and bird conservation based NGO in Morocco created in May of 1993 by a group of Morocco scientists and ornithologists worried about the declining rates of Biodiversity in general in the country and Bird in particular. GREPOM is also membership based NGO and up to date 188 has joined the organization. GREPOM 8 Local and Regional Action Units covering the whole national territory GREPOM runs extensive research and waterbird monitoring programme in Morocco and has joind several group and coalitions for a strong awereness raising and capacity building throughout the country. GREPOM becomes BirdLife affiliate in Morocco since July 2013.
